MCAS is led by an experienced management team with deep industry knowledge and supported by a highly skilled group of technicians who deliver our work on the ground every day.
Simon oversees the overall direction of MCAS and leads major projects from planning through to completion. He is closely involved in coordination, delivery, and client communication, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Grant oversees MCAS’s maintenance contracts and long term client relationships. He works closely with clients to understand their requirements, ensure contracts are managed effectively, and act as a key point of contact to support new customer engagement, ongoing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kia manages the day to day operations of the business, ensuring scheduling, workflows, and internal systems run smoothly. Her role is central to keeping MCAS organised, responsive, and operating efficiently.
Mark oversees the technician team and plays a key role both in the office and on site. Highly technical and hands-on, he supports complex jobs, troubleshooting, and daily service delivery, ensuring work is completed correctly and to specification.
Holly manages all financial and accounts-related matters, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth administration for both clients and suppliers.
Caolan supports project delivery across installations and upgrades, assisting with coordination, execution, and on-site requirements to help ensure projects run as planned.
